   • All contact lenses are manufactured by respective brands/companies.

2. Prescription Requirement

   • By placing an order, you confirm that you hold a valid prescription for the specific lenses you are purchasing.

   • Your prescription must be issued within the last 12 months by a qualified eye doctor, optometrist, or contact lens practitioner (hereafter referred to as "practitioner").

   • We reserve the right to verify your prescription with your practitioner.

3. Responsibility of Customers

   • It is the customer’s responsibility to consult their eye doctor and confirm the type, brand, and specifications of contact lenses before placing an order.

   • We shall not be held liable for any issues arising from ordering lenses not prescribed for you or using lenses beyond the validity period of your prescription.

4. Contraindications & Restrictions

   • If a registered practitioner has advised you not to wear contact lenses, we reserve the right to cancel your order unless specifically directed otherwise by the same or another practitioner.

   • By purchasing, you affirm that you do not have any medical condition that contraindicates the use of contact lenses.

5. Age Restriction

   • Customers must be at least 16 years old to purchase and use contact lenses from our website.

6. No Mandatory Submission of Prescription

   • While we do not require you to upload or submit your prescription during the order process, by accepting these Terms & Conditions, you declare that you possess a valid and current prescription as per Indian law.
