International Shipping – Charges and Delivery (Last updated on 1-Jan-2024)

• First Lens do deliver in most countries outside India that are serviced by our shipping partners IndiaPost and DHL.
• Charges to ship outside India start from INR 1999 onwards. 
• It takes 4-8 weeks for delivering outside India as per current set of customs procedures and actual shipping times.
• While all the necessary paperwork will be duly filed from our end in India, should a custmer get a notification to make a payment towards any incoming shipment duty/tax as such, customer needs to complete the payment and paperwork in the destination country. For clarity - prices charged by First Lens are only for the products and shipping to the destination country. Duty / taxes / levies, if any, are to be borne by the custmer and there is no reimbursement on that part from seller. 
• In a rare instance, if your order is stuck in your country's customs processing / incoming postal or courier's process, we would request you to do a follow-up locally for the delivery. First Lens will be happy to extend all the necessary help and send paperwork to you, but it is not possible for us to follow up considering the geographical boundaries. 
• Payment method – If the delivery is outside India, our system will automatically direct you to a payment method called Stripe which accepts most international cards for payment.
