| Plus Spherical Powers | +1, +2, +3, +4, +5, +6, +7, +8 |
Standard Conversion: Cylinder Power is divided by 2 and added to your existing Spherical power and nearest Lower power is to be selected
Example 1 - Sph:-2 Cyl:-1.25 Axis:20
Converted Power :
- Cyl / 2 = -1.25/2 = 0.62
- Sph = - (2 + 0.62) = -2.62
Power to be ordered is -2.50 which is nearest lower available.
Example 2 - Sph: -3.25
Converted Power : Nearest lower available = -3.00
